By using rize44.app, enrolling in programs, purchasing memberships, or using related services operated by entities in the Help Me Rise Ecosystem, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Recurring memberships (including alumni or partner tiers where offered) bill according to the checkout terms presented at purchase. You may manage certain subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal when provided. Cancellations take effect per processor and program rules.
Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific offering (course, membership, placement fee, etc.) disclosed at checkout and by applicable law. Where a statutory right of rescission applies, we honor it. Otherwise, fees may be non-refundable except where we elect to offer credit or refund for operational reasons.
You will not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, harass users or staff, submit false credentials, or use the services for unlawful discrimination or fraud. We may suspend access for violations.
Services are provided “as available.” Processing timelines, cohort availability, staffing placement, and third-party integrations (including Stripe, Make.com, and Google) depend on factors outside our sole control. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties or force majeure.
Except where prohibited by law, services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing on this site is medical or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ohio law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event, or one hundred dollars ($100) if no fees applied.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes shall be in courts located in Mahoning County, Ohio, unless federal jurisdiction applies.
